① BOD병에 원시료를 가득 담고 에탄올을 1ml와 10ml을 넣기 위해 다시 1ml와 10ml을 빼낸다. 이 방법에 의해 고정된 박테리아 Biomass의 산소 소모량을 알 수 있다아 호기성 미생물은 유기물의 소비에 비례사여 용존산소를 이용한다.

① BOD병에 원시료를 가득 담고 Formalin(37%)과 ZnSO4을 넣기 위해 다시 10ml을 빼낸다.

④ 각 test(실험) 에서 측정(測定) 한 결과를 DO vs Time과의 관계를 Graph로 그린다.

1. test(실험) 목적

박테리아의 생물학적 활동을 측정(測定) 하기 위하여 산소 소비율 측정(測定) 법이 자주 이용된다된다.

② 즉시 에탄욜 1ml와 10ml을 가한다.

③ 위에서처럼 DO meter를 장치하고 30초 간격으로 측정(測定) 한다.

⑤ OUR 계산

다. 즉, 용존산소 소모율(Dissolved Oxygen Uptake Rate)을 이용하여 어떤 Sample의 미생물의 생물학적 활동 및 성장을 측정(測定) 할 수 있다아 용존산소 호흡율(즉 DO의 시간에 따른 변화율)은 세포수의 변화율에 비례하므로 DO meter를 이용하여 간단히 측정(測定) 할 수 있으며, 본 test(실험) 에서는 미생물 성장의 影響원(Nutrient)이 될 수 있는 ethanol을 일정량 Sample에 넣고, 독성물질(Toxin)인 Formalin과 ZnSO4를 각각 넣어 용존산소 소모율을 측정(測定) 함으로써 그 물질들이 미생물 성장에 미치는 影響을 알 수 있다아
